Let’s Talk Business
‘Let’s Talk Business” in a relaxed environment accompanied by canapés, bubbles, and live music by Bernice Clark and piano performance!
Through organising an insightful, yet interactive event, we are delighted to announce that we have achieved our mission; to bring together likeminded individuals, with a specific emphasis on entrepreneurs, businesspeople, and industry leaders from diverse fields to discuss the latest trends, challenges, and opportunities in the business world.
The event comprised of a panel workshop and a networking session, which commenced with welcoming presentations for attendees, followed by opening speeches from the organisers. Subsequently, the evening followed a series of presentations, and interactive discussions whereby attendees had the opportunity to ask questions and engage in dialogues with the speakers. The topics covered included, but were not limited to entrepreneurship, business development, innovation, digital transformation, financing and investment, human resource management, branding and marketing, sustainability and corporate social responsibility.
Our aim was to provide our attendees with a unique evening of fostering new relationships and partnerships in a laidback and enjoyable environment. By meticulously merging professionals from various industries and inviting speakers to share their experiences and insight into their careers and entrepreneur endeavours, we can proudly say that we provided an evening of quality conversations.
We would like to thank our attendees, as well as our guest speakers: Laura Nasta (Head of Economic Section, Minister Counsellor at Embassy of Romania in London), Dan Ostahie (CEO of Altex), Mihaela Padure (Founder of Forest & Co), Calin Huma (CEO of INDES Group, President of BRIDGE), Ioana Nedelcu (Barrister at Farringdon Chambers), Stefan Toderita (Development & Strategy Director at Edenred Romania), and Alina Legendi (Co-Founder of WM Nexus)*. These successful professionals have kindly agreed to share insights on their achievements, challenges they have overcome, advice on personal and professional growth, and other matters of interest to our guests.
The workshop concluded with a closing keynote speech from the organisers, along with a raffle offering our guests the chance to win multiple prizes, and a networking session where participants will have the opportunity to socialise and expand their network of contacts by exchanging ideas and experiences in a more informal environment. Please note that ‘Let’s Talk Business’ was specifically curated for members of the Romanian community in the UK.
