With a background in Fine and Dramatic Arts, Elena aims to make the life style events at In Capital Productions a platform for dialogue, open discussion and self-development. She is fascinated by the values, interests and identity of the foreign born professional in London. The understanding of multiculturalism, migration, national identity, tolerance, the sense of community and human values has become a real challenge in today’s world. The events Elena will run as a Creative Director alongside Mihaela at In Capital Productions are going to orbit these topics whilst bringing ethnically diverse minds together.

Given her background in Performing Arts, Elena will sets to incorporate that in the events at In Capital Productions. These will make use of different media and ways of communication: the spoken and the written word, projections, performances, plays, visual and audio installations and films.

Elena finds it fascinating to be a professional in a city as culturally diverse as London and believes this to be a great opportunity to learn from other people. Elena feels a startup like In Capital Productions can feed a growing necessity for an inter-personal and inter-cultural dialogue.

Managing director

Mihaela is a solicitor specialized in Civil an Commercial Law. During her career she has assisted and represented clients with diverse ethnic backgrounds running successful businesses. She has a real gift for forming and developing valuable relations with her clients. Mihaela has always been interested in the entrepreneurial area. She brings to In Capital Productions her know-how, network, communication and business skills. Mihaela has a sharp sense of discovering anmultiplying the potential in every situation. Her vision and openness in dealing with people make her popular and well respected. She builds trustworthy rapports with people and hopes this will benefit the events at In Capital Productions. Her core values are professionalism, punctuality, reliability and efficiency. She entered this enterprise with Elena because she likes to be close to people, to look after their best interests and create new opportunities to inspire them to fulfil their dreams. She also wants to broaden her own knowledge and develop her own areas of interest.
